The property was founded
by Juan Inçaugarat. Inherited by Susana M. Inçaugarat in 1960. Mr. Juan
Incaugarat - of French Basque origins and born in the city of Hasparren
in the Pyrenees - decided to come to Argentina "fed up of so much poverty"
as he would frequently state during his life. He reaches the port of Buenos
Aires at the beggining of the 20th century.
It is precisely in the year 1920 when, with nothing more than his bare
hands and his body to work, he embarks on the journey of his true life.
A life in which he managed to realize his own dreams and hopes and accomplish
his conquest: making it big in the new world, in America. An America that
confronted great fortunes with equally great efforts to obtain them.
An America that inspired the need to keep alive the relationship with
its relatives in Europe, with epistolary frequency, from the heart of
its loneliness. An America that lavished hopes in those who wished to
embrace it. A virgin America eager to reap the seeds of its riches.
Thus understood Don Juan.

Upon arriving he began
his task of unveiling the secrets of the land. With no hesitation he sets
on his way to Olavarría accepting job offers from local dairy farmers.
Exhausting duties become permanent memories in the history of this tireless
hard worker, lonesome, tenacious and happy new citizen of America.
The years pass by while treasuring religion, conduct, time, enthusiasm
and savings; leading towards one final destination. His North becomes
a reality and during his first years as an employer he settles down in
a little town of the boundaries of Olavarría called Espigas. There he
builds his family and with it, his dinasty.
His personality, a warrior. a spartan. imposes respect among his new social
group. His rich psychology manifests the universal wisdom of humbly reflecting
the knowledge obtained by life's experiences.
His life does not express the hypothesis but the result of his reality.
On this vital path he reaches the age of 85 giving this land the wonders
of knowledge, the harvest of his actions, the gift of his life. To whom
may wish to enjoy it, SUMAIN is here to offer it.
His daughter Susana M. Incaugarat.
